Join us this Saturday from 8am-Noon at the Helena Amphitheater for the best from local farmers and artisans. At 9am  we are honored to have Chef CJ from Joe's Italian and music by Sticks and Strum.



This Saturday at 9am we will have CJ Head Chef Joe's Italian.

He is  going to be preparing or Grilled chicken Salad and our Grilled Chicken cold Pasta Salad.It is done with our Italian herb Grilled chicken and placed over our Fresh garden salad. Italian Cold Pasta salad is done with same chicken and placed over our cold pasta salad.Both are very good and great light dish's for summer.I will need the gas grill to prepare these dish's.

Chef CJ was born in Miami FL and grew up there and afterwards went on to attend The Culinary Institute of America In New York.I then took a job with a company J Alexanders and worked for them for 6 years as a regional Executive Chef and was over 8 resturants.

He then went to work for McCormick & Schmick's. He was a Director of Operations and new restaurant opening Executive Chef trainer.I was over 18 resturants with this company.He moved from that company to focus on opening my own restaurant.With being the Chef at Joe's Italian he has more time to focus on doing just that. 


He grew up in his uncles restaurant in Miami and learned a great deal from him.He is a Master Chef from Culinary Institute of America in New York. This Uncle  was his inspiration to become a Chef." I love what I do and wouldn't dream of doing anything else".
